PTTEP execs face charges in Rolls-Royce bribes scandal

The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) has found grounds to believe that four executives of PTT Exploration and Production Plc (PTTEP) colluded to manipulate the bidding for an equipment procurement contract worth almost a billion baht that was awarded to Rolls-Royce and implemented between 2004 and 2008.
