TCDC to cover 10 provinces to help spread soft power

Thailand Creative & Design Centre (TCDC) will be expanded in 10 provinces in a bid to help elevate the country’s soft power on the global stage, Paetongtarn Shinawatra, Pheu Thai Party leader and chairwoman of the National Committee on Soft Power Development, said on Wednesday.
